| Roo came to Keymaster
from Bell's Great Danes in nearby Auburn, Washington. I had planned
to breed a litter sired by Roo's father, Ch. Black Market Once in a Blu
Moon CD anyway, so I was very pleased to have a daughter of his in my
breeding program. While she did not turn out to be the show dog I had
hoped, her high intelligence and aptitude for obedience and agility were
apparent almost immediately.

Tragically, Roo died suddenly of a
heart arrhythmia when she was one year old. She lived a short but high
quality life with lots of walks, dog shows, and visits from her Dane
friends. She was particularly enamored of Schnitz, who lovingly and
gently played with his much smaller friend. She was a sweet, loving soul
who is deeply missed here at Keymaster.
Sleep softly Roo-Roo. You are forever young and
forever in my heart. |
